    Returned products must be unused, unopened, and retain the original packaging, tags, and all accessories.

    Returned products must be unused and packaged intact.
    Products must be returned in their original packaging, including all tags, accessories, gifts, etc.
    Products cannot be returned in the following cases: opened or used products, personalized or customized products, beauty care products (such as lipstick, mascara, etc.).
  3. Return Process

    Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address for your return request.
    Returning Items: Please return the item and related documents to the specified return address according to our return instructions. All return costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly.
    Refund Processing: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund as soon as possible. Refunds will be refunded to the payment method used at the time of purchase, which usually takes 5-10 business days.
